Information collected:
The web server also collects data pertaining to every visitor, including the IP address, the length of time spent on the site and the pages accessed when visiting the site and all information necessary to complete an order including your email address, credit or debit card details (where relevant) and delivery address.

Registration:
Trade users are required to login to trade areas. The general public are not required to login to browse the site.  During initial registration a trade user is required to give their contact information.  This information is used to provide personalised service. Other than name, email address and telephone number the only personal information we request is you account number.

Security:
At Kitchen Clearout data security is a high priority and we do everything we can to protect our own and the data you provide. Access to all our user's information is restricted at Kitchen Clearout offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Cookies:
A cookie is a piece of data stored in the user's hard drive containing information about the user.  These cookies enable us to provide you with a more direct and personal service. Most web browsers are defaulted to accept cookies, however you can alter the settings to prevent cookies being accepted.

Email, newsletters, opt in, opt out and unsubscribe:
Users have the option to subscribe to various email services that we offer. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communication. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional emails may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

Correction/updating personal information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes we will endeavour to correct, update or remove that user's personal data as speedily as possible. This can be done by emailing us at info@kitchenclearout.co.uk

Notification of changes:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our home page so our users are aware of what information we collect and how we use it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify known users by email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their info in this different manner.
